Catch Music for Kids
For the next five weeks, Catch Music for Kids is running "Catch A Song" – a music program for children aged 6 to 10 yrs old, including a series of fun and friendly music activities for young children to learn musical skills through song and movement.
Children who participate in the program will learn a range of different songs, and there will be an opportunity for children to perform as part of a community choir festival in December. Singing in a group not only improves a child’s musical understanding, but develops their skills in listening, cooperation and memory - not to mention the joy that comes from making beautiful music together!
The program starts this Saturday morning, 7 November, at 9:30am, at the Loftus Community Centre in Leederville.
When: Every Saturday morning, 9:30am to 10:30am, for the next 5 weeks (7, 14, 21, 28 November and 5 December)
Where: Loftus Community Centre, 99 Loftus St, Leederville
Who: Children aged 6 to 10 yrs old
Cost: $7 per session or $35 for 5 sessions
