With a special set from ARIA and APRA award-winning songwriter, Steve Parkin! Entry by donation ___ Catch Music VICTORIA unveils a new original song among beloved covers. Catch Music MIDLAND combines literary prowess with highly sophisticated vocal and instrumental arrangements. Steve Parkin is a two-time ARIA and APRA award-winning songwriter and performer based in Perth, Western Australia. A mainstay of both the WA and national music scene for nearly 20 years, he began his musical career with successful local Perth bands of the late’90’s/early’00’s Vinyl and (Triple J fave) Autopilot. He has gone on to release three solo LP’s, and several solo EP’s. He’s featured as session player for many acts and on many records, notably as lead guitarist/keys/backing vocals in Bob Evans’ touring band.
